The following chart reflects the stuffed diameter of some of DeWied's standard sizes when producing sausage on a normal twist linking machine such as Handtmann VF200 or Vemag Robot 500. Stuffed diameter can vary according to emulsion being stuffed, temperature, operator and machinery being used. Consult your DeWied Account Executive for help choosing the correct size for your application.

DeWied Cellulose is available in the following sizes: 15 – 44mm Diameter.
Cellulose casings are packed with a pre-determined relative humidity into impermeable caddies (typically 50 sticks ea.) and the caddies covered with protective plastic film are placed into a carton box (4, 6 or 8 caddies ea.). |
