Snack sticks of beef, pork or poultry, in flavors ranging from teriyaki to hot jalapeno; cocktail wieners.

Casing types commonly used:
Snack sausages are made in natural sheep casings, collagen casings and cellulose casings for skinless sausages; traditional sizes: 13-23mm diameter.
