Deli & Lunchmeat Sausage

Deli and lunchmeat products usually those found in the full or self-service deli. Full service deli products are usually in chub form and sliced on demand at the service counter. Self service deli products are sliced, packaged and displayed. The product range is broad and may be smoked, cooked or dried/fermented.
