HUKKI is available in the following brands: Traditional HUKKI™ is available with five different net patterns that form classic artesanal deli products with that "old world" look. Their drying performance and smoke penetration equals or exceeds that of natural casings. Fibrous HUKKI™ is available in three net patterns for smoked and dried deli products.
Collagen HUKKI™ is available in an assortment of net patterns for dried and smoked products like pepperoni and salami requiring excellent drying performance.
Daisy Slice™ HUKKI™ is designed to make a unique daisy shaped slice for sliced deli product applications. A patented "ripcord" is built into the length of the casing for quick and easy net and casing removal in slicing operations. Daisy Slice casing are available in plastic for cooked products, not to be smoked or dried; fibrous for smoked or dried products and collagen for smoked or dried products.
